About this role

You will be on the front line of trust. Organizers and ticket buyers reach out when something matters — payments, check-in, event changes, or account access. You represent Tixdorm with clarity and care.

What you will do

  • Respond to support requests across email and in-app channels with empathy and speed
  • Guide organizers through event setup, ticket sales, payouts, and QR check-in
  • Help attendees with ticket access, refunds context, and event discovery questions
  • Document recurring issues and patterns for the product team
  • Escalate fraud, abuse, or payment edge cases using internal playbooks
  • Maintain a professional, calm tone — especially during live event windows

What we expect

  • Strong written English and clear communication
  • Comfort explaining technical flows in plain language (no engineering required)
  • Patient, organized, and reliable during evenings or weekends when events go live
  • Based in or familiar with Nigeria / West African event culture is a plus

Nice to have

  • Prior customer support or community management experience
  • Familiarity with ticketing, fintech, or marketplace products
